Abundant Wellness offers a variety of massage modalities including Swedish/relaxation massage, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic, pregnancy, and chair massage.
The massage studio is located in West Duluth on the second floor of my home. It is accessible for those who are able to climb and descend stairs.

Heated Lake Superior basalt stones are used while massaging your body. The stones are placed skillfully for profound relaxation. Heat from the stones warms the muscle tissue. Massage includes hot towels, optional aromatherapy, hot tea and/or water. This session is very grounding and relaxing.
